The following policy pertains to all purchases of Krystal Oh Nails Press-on Nails
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for any custom orders. If there is a quality issue with your order, you must reach out to us within 5 days upon delivery. Please reach out to us at pressons@krystalohnails.com if you believe there is an issue with the quality of your press ons.
Cancellation Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All our products are handmade to order. Once payment has been received, we start processing immediately.
Ordering Policy
Our products are intended for the ages 16+. You must be 18+ to order from us. Purchases must be made with parent or guardian supervision.
Shipping Policy
Please note all orders may take 1-2 weeks to process. A confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has been shipped. If you need your order by a certain date, we recommend ordering a few weeks in advance and letting us know prior. We cannot guarantee any specific delivery times. Please reach out if you have not received any updates on your order after two weeks.
All orders will be given a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Once your order has left our facility, Krystal Oh Nails is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen goods.
If you think that there has been an issue with your order, please contact us immediately. We do not offer any refunds or returns if your product is damaged during shipment.
Pickup Policy
We are offering local pick ups at our Brooklyn location in Williamsburg. Our address is 268 Grand Street Brooklyn, NY 11211. Please bring your confirmation email when you select for in store pick up. We are not responsible for your item once it has left our facility after pick up.
